4. Section 13-3408 - Pertaining to marijuana, dangerous drugs or narcotic drugs and their use, possession manufacturing of narcotic drugs that equal or exceed the Arizona statutory “Threshold Amount”.
5. Section 13-3406 - Felony violations resulting from unlawful use, possession, acquisition, sale, manufacture, of Prescription-only drugs;
