Field Sobriety Tests Field Sobriety Tests are standardized tests adopted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). B. It is not a defense to a charge of a violation of subsection A, paragraph 1 of this section that the person is or has been entitled to use the drug under the laws of this state.
